Home Instruction Students will be placed on home instruction in accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code 6A:14-4.8 and 6A:16-10.1 & 10.2 In general, a student is eligible for Home Instruction when there is an identified temporary or chronic health condition for 10 consecutive or 15 cumulative days and/or the student has been suspended. For students that are ill, the parent must submit written documentation from a physician attesting to the need for confinement at the student’s residence. Home Instructors are asked to submit the following documents upon completion of home instruction services. Submission of incorrect documenation will result in non-payment.
